Q&A with Supervisor Will Ramsey
Tell me about your journey at ERMCO.

I started as a Core Coil Assembler at ERMCO on December 17, 2006. I pushed myself to learn every job in the department that I worked in and moved from department to department to learn as much as I could about the process and ERMCO.

What are the most important parts of my job at ERMCO?

Be present and stay safe while producing a quality product in a timely manner.

How can I support our team and add value to ERMCO?

Report to work with a positive attitude and apply yourself. Do your job to the best of your ability. Be dependable, come to work every day, and try to learn as much as possible about the process.

What is the chain of command if I have questions, concerns or suggestions about my work environment?

Please speak with your shift leader because they will likely be your first point of contact. But always know that you can come to me with any concerns. If I can't resolve your issue, you can go to the Pad Plant Manufacturing Manager Brad Turnbo, followed by Human Resources.

What is the best way for me to communicate with you?

Visit my office or contact me by phone.

If I can't make it to work, what do I do?

To report an absence, you should call your shift leader at 731-288-4201. If they do not answer, leave a detailed message with your first and last name and reason for missing work. You must do this one hour before your shift begins.
