The Talent Acquisition and Retention Team was selected as ERMCO's September 2022 Culture Champion.
The team consisting of Specialist Chris Branch, Manager Chonda Smith, and Supervisor Brad Whittle was selected because they are "team players" who promote positivity amid the difficulty of recruiting, hiring, and retaining qualified employees in a challenging labor market.
When asked to describe the ideal ERMCO candidate, the team agreed, "the ideal candidate understands the importance of ERMCO to the community and country and wants to be part of something bigger than themselves. They must also have a good work history, skills, and abilities."
