Paul Karras

As Chief Information Officer and member of ERMCO’s Executive Leadership Team, Paul Karras leads the company’s IT strategy and operations, driving groundbreaking digital transformation initiatives that strengthen cybersecurity, optimize operational efficiency, and align IT capabilities with ERMCO’s most critical business objectives.

Karras brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience across diverse industries at Fortune 500 companies. Prior to ERMCO, as Chief Information Officer at HuFriedyGroup, Karras transformed the company’s technology landscape through strategic cloud adoption, systems modernization, and enhanced cybersecurity measures. His leadership in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives enabled rapid scaling and established a robust foundation for the company’s continued market leadership in the dental industry.

Previously, Karras served as Senior Vice President and CIO at Wilton Brands, where he led digital transformation strategies to drive growth across consumer touchpoints. He has also held key leadership positions, including Divisional CIO of IT Global Business Solutions at Whirlpool Corporation and executive roles at US Cellular and JPMorgan Investment Bank. Karras began his career at Andersen Consulting.

Karras holds an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
