Three-Phase Plant, First Shift Final Assembly Team Member James Rhamy was selected as ERMCO's November Culture Champion by the ERMCO Culture Council.
James began his career at ERMCO in 2017.
He was selected from 12 nominees for the positive influence he has on others.
James said, “The most important attributes of a good team member are "having a positive attitude, being polite and courteous, and showing up to work every day."
“I give my best at work everyday so that I can provide good life for my family," Rhamy said.
