Three Phase Shift Supervisor Maurice Jordan was recently recognized as the first culture champion for ERMCO by our Leadership Culture Council.
Maurice began his career at ERMCO in 1999 as a production employee in the Core and Coil Department. During his career he has received several promotions and he currently works a shift supervisor in our Three Phase facility.
He was nominated for the award by three members of the culture council for positively promoting our values and guiding behaviors and creating a work environment where team members are engaged and positive and feel a sense of belonging and purpose.
