Kurtis McMillen

Chief Sales Officer

Kurtis McMillen is the Chief Sales Officer at ERMCO. Since joining the company in 2021, during the height of the supply chain crisis, he has played a pivotal role in developing a go-to-market strategy that ensures customer success while driving growth in production output. Under his leadership, ERMCO has optimized its production allocations, aligning customer demand with production capacity for each facility to provide customers with unparalleled certainty of supply. He also introduced ERMCO’s first-ever guarantee of output, holding the company accountable with penalties for failure to meet commitments.

 

With nearly 20 years of experience in the electrical utility market, McMillen brings deep expertise in finance, materials management, operations, business development, integrated supply, and sales. He began his career with Hughes Supply and continued through its transitions to HD Supply and Anixter. Before joining ERMCO, he also worked with Agile Sourcing Partners.

McMillen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in business administration. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
