Pad Plant Second Shift Lead Damion Haynes was selected as ERMCO's June Culture Champion by ERMCO's Leadership Culture Council.

Damion began his career at ERMCO in 2019.

He was selected from 12 nominees for fostering a work environment of service, respect, and positivity by actively listening to and caring for his employees.

Haynes's primary motivation as a leader is to make a difference in the lives of others. He continually strives to learn new ways to foster his personal growth as a leader.

"My strengths are that I care, listen, and communicate with everyone, and I try to remain positive even during challenging times."
