Switchboard Operator Brandy Hensley has yet to have a year under her belt, and she is already making a difference at ERMCO, so much so that the Talent Recruitment and Acquisition Team nominated Hensley as ERMCO's July 2023 Culture Champion. Hensley won the honor while she faced stiff competition from other well-deserved nominees like Roger Cravens, Jason Rhamy, and Juan Torres.

Hensley joined ERMCO in February 2023 because she liked the family-oriented environment.

"Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming since the day I started. All of my coworkers have positively impacted me," she commented.

Members of the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team nominated Hensley because she is customer-service-focused, team-oriented, positive, innovative, and adaptable.

"Brandy consistently goes above and beyond in her role as Switchboard Operator. Her attitude is always positive. She is engaging and welcoming to visitors. She always offers solutions to problems.

"We feel she is an extension of our TAR team. She is ingrained in our processes, fields concerns, and properly directs job applicants," they said.

Hensley strives to be a positive influence with an uplifting, helpful attitude.

"We are all on the same team here. We want everyone to be successful at ERMCO, and I want to help others achieve that as best I can," Hensley explained.
