Your supervisor, Josh Warden, started at ERMCO in the Three Phase Internal Assembly Department in 2016 and was cross-trained on all jobs in the department. He was promoted to Internal Assembly Department Third Shift Team Leader in 2019. Josh gained extensive experience and knowledge of the Three Phase manufacturing process and was promoted to Internal Assembly Supervisor in March 2023.

Josh sought employment at ERMCO because of the excellent benefits and competitive pay. He also liked that ERMCO offered several opportunities for advancement because it was a growing company.

He enjoys working at ERMCO because he is "doing something that is important to so many lives around the country."

When he isn't at work, Josh enjoys hunting and fishing.

Q&A with Supervisor Josh Warden
Tell me about your journey at ERMCO.

I started at ERMCO in 2016 in the Three Phase Plant as an Internal Assembly Builder. I wanted to advance with the company so I was always ready and willing to learn new jobs. Anytime a job opened in my department, extra work was needed, or other team members needed help, I volunteered. Eventually, I was trained on every job in the department.

What advice would you give me for me to be successful at ERMCO?

Show up to work on time every day with a positive attitude and always be willing to learn new things and help out your fellow team members.

How can I support our team and add value to ERMCO?

Learn your job so that you provide quality work to your internal customers. Tell me your suggestions for improvement. It could be anything from minor job modifications or enhancements to significant changes. Step up and take responsibility for your job and be willing to help other teammates when needed. And lastly, know the impact of what you do and take your job seriously. Think things through and propose ideas that make sense. That is how you support our team and add value to our products.

How can I further my potential?

Always be willing to help your team when they need you.

What is the best way for me to communicate with you?

I'm usually on the floor every morning starting at 6:30 a.m. That way third shift employees have a chance to talk to me. I also stay most everyday until around 4:30 p.m. so that the second shift team members can speak with me. My office door is always open and anyone can come in and talk to me. I try to help everyone who stops by.

If I can't make it to work, what do I do?

You should call 731-259-0471. Your call will go to the Team Leader's desk phone. Leave a clear message containing your first and last name and your reason for missing work. This must be done one hour prior to your scheduled shift start time. Then you should go to UKG and apply for time off to cover your absence.

Jeremy Rogers began his career in 2020 at the Three Phase Plant as a builder in the Internal Assembly Department. He worked as an Oiler and Second Shift Team Leader for a year before moving to First Shift Team Leader. Jeremy said he likes working at ERMCO and specifically with his department because everyone works together to help each other.

Austin Thompson began working at ERMCO in 2017 as a Three Phase Internal Assembler. He worked as a Builder and Tanker, before being promoted to Internal Assembly Third Shift Leader in 2023. He likes working at ERMCO because of the job security and benefits, and he enjoys working with his team because of their bond.
