Jessica Hickman

Jessica Hickman serves as an Executive Assistant to ERMCO’s Leadership Team, bringing over 10 years of experience in office administration and support. She joined ERMCO in December 2022 and has quickly become a valuable asset to the organization.

With expertise in office management, sales, marketing, and customer service, Hickman provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive team. Her diverse skillset enables her to handle a variety of administrative tasks while contributing to ERMCO’s overall efficiency.

Hickman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She is also an active member of the American Marketing Association and The American Society of Administrative Professionals.

In her personal time, Hickman is dedicated to giving back to the community through volunteering in various charities and healthcare initiatives. She also enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and continuously being disappointed by her favorite Chicago-based sports teams.
