Jeff Hammons

Jeff Hammons is ERMCO’s Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a background in engineering, production management, and supply chain management. Hammons has held a range of leadership roles throughout his career. He joined ERMCO in 2015 as Vice President of Materials and was appointed COO in November 2018.

Hammons’ portfolio includes extensive experience and knowledge in continuous improvement, manufacturing, process optimization, supply chain management, team leadership, and team building. His strategic leadership and focus on operational excellence continue to drive ERMCO’s success and efficiency in all operational aspects.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin, which has helped shape his strong foundation in both operations and business management. His leadership is integral to ERMCO’s growth and operational effectiveness.

Hammons, a West Tennessee native, has lived in Dyersburg for nearly 10 years. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce and enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and working on the family cattle farm.
