This purchase solidifies ERMCO’s position as a leading manufacturer of distribution transformers in North America.

Headquartered in Athens, Georgia, Spire has been serving the electrical utility, commercial and industrial sectors for 100 years. Spire manufactures a full range of liquid-filled and dry-type transformers through the Power Partners, Pioneer Transformers, Jefferson Electric and V&F Transformer brands.
