Pole Plant Coil Winder Carla Gaylor was selected as ERMCO's December Culture Champion by the Culture Council. Gaylor, who is also highly involved with ERMCO's Safety Committee and Mentorship Program.

Carla has been employed at ERMCO for over three years and said she initially joined the company for job security.

“My journey at ERMCO has been successful and has helped me become a better person," Carla stated.

She has also been a rock and an encourager for new employees and fellow team members at ERMCO.

Carla is never at a loss for words and eagerly helps others, and for these reasons, she agreed to join the Mentorship Program.

"As a mentor, I love to uplift others, help them find their purpose, and help them see the impact they have by working at ERMCO. I enjoy encouraging them never to give up and stay positive, but my favorite part of being a mentor is meeting new people.”

Those who know Carla describe her as energetic, upbeat, respectful, and someone who wants what is best for everyone involved. Carla stands up for her convictions and is often a voice for those who may feel uneasy speaking up. She is not afraid to go against the norm and is a ray of sunshine that peaks through the stormy clouds.
