Darrin Davidson

Chief Manufacturing Officer

Darrin Davidson is ERMCO’s Chief Manufacturing Officer, bringing nearly four decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise to the company. With a career spanning notable organizations such as Ford Motor Company, GE Appliances, GE Capital, and Sears, Davidson joined ERMCO in September 2022 as Vice President of Continuous Improvement before stepping into his current role as CMO.

 

Davidson’s extensive experience includes building effective business processes, developing high-performing teams, simplifying complex business challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. His strategic approach to manufacturing and process optimization is key to ERMCO’s ongoing success.

 

Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University, equipping him with the technical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to propel ERMCO’s manufacturing operations to new heights.

 

Outside of ERMCO, Davidson is deeply involved in volunteer initiatives such as Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, and community efforts at his local church and his alma mater, Rose-Hulman. A devoted reader, Davidson also enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and a wide range of sports, including golf and Big Ten Conference football and basketball. He is a dedicated fan of Indiana University, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Chicago Cubs.
