Chief Financial Officer
Courtney Gaik serves as Chief Financial Officer for ERMCO, where she is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization and supporting the execution of ERMCO’s long-term business strategy.
Courtney brings more than two decades of experience in finance, accounting, operational leadership, and business transformation. Prior to joining ERMCO, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Agile Sourcing Partners and later founded The Pivotal Leap, LLC, where she provided fractional CFO and operational advisory services to privately held companies across the manufacturing, distribution, insurance, and professional services sectors. Her work focused on financial strategy, operational improvement, ERP transformation, internal controls, compensation design, inventory management, and building scalable finance organizations.
Since joining ERMCO, Courtney has held leadership roles supporting both the commercial and operational sides of the business. Most recently, she led Sales Operations, where she helped strengthen cross-functional alignment, enhance business processes, and support the company’s continued growth. Her unique combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and commercial insight provides a well-rounded perspective that supports ERMCO’s commitment to serving customers and creating long-term value.
Courtney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
