Q&A with Supervisor Clint Throgmorton
Tell me about your journey at ERMCO.

I was looking for a job with good pay and benefits to support my family, and I knew that ERMCO was the best in the area, so I started in May 2012 as a Core/Coil Builder, which is a very challenging job. I worked hard and was very dedicated to each position I held. Lisa Curtis (Quality Manager) and Brad Turnbo (Manufacturing Manager) saw my potential as a leader, and after nine years, I was promoted to supervisor.

What are the most important parts of my job at ERMCO?

You should always work safe and provide our customers with quality transformers.

How can I support our team and add value to ERMCO?

Show a willingness to learn your job and other jobs. Work hard even when no one is watching. Support your team and offer a helping hand. We are all in this together.

What is the chain of command if I have questions, concerns or suggestions about my work environment?

Speak with your shift leader because they will most likely be your first point of contact. But always know that you can come to me with any concerns. We are all human.

You will receive a list of team contacts for all three shift leaders and myself.

If I can't make it to work, what do I do?
