In September 2020, he moved to the Building and Ground Maintenance Department as a lead person.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at ERMCO, Nathan said, “I like moving around to all of the buildings, working on different things, and working around some pretty good people."
Nathan was nominated for Culture Champion by his supervisor Don Horner, and ERMCO Inventory Control Manager Tony Reed.
“Nathan always greets the day and everyone with a positive attitude and a genuine concern for every person and every task,” said Horner. “He is very knowledgeable about his craft and is eager to develop junior team members. He provides leadership as a team leader and a person everyone strives to emulate.”
“Every day, Nathan comes to work with a positive attitude, and he's always willing to help out with anything that is needed,” added Reed.
“Nathan and his team continuously jump on projects throughout ERMCO and are always building things. He takes pride in his team and the work they do. They all exemplify what ERMCO is about.”
Nathan said he tries to motivate his teammates by being a positive influence and setting a good example as a person and a Team ERMCO member.
