"The thing that makes ERMCO unique is its reputation in the public's eye. It's the only place I've ever worked where strangers think I'm rich just from wearing a uniform."

"I'm so grateful for my job at ERMCO. I've raised three kids on ERMCO pay and benefits. I'd be in a rough place without my company."

"Everybody is on the same page and our goal is to work together to make the plant stronger and provide power to the world. I've worked in other places where that wasn't the case. ERMCO is a better experience."

Powering the world takes a dedicated team sharing the same values, vision, and mission for our company, people, and community. Together, we work hard, support each other, celebrate personal and work milestones, and take pride in our products, but most importantly, we treat each other like family.
Team ERMCO has a long history of service locally, nationally, and internationally and we support and encourage employees to participate in community organizations, charities, health and wellness, and educational initiatives. Since 2019, we've contributed over $150,000 to various organizations in our surrounding communities.
Every year, ERMCO employees pack food boxes for needy families in surrounding communities during the holiday season. In addition, money for the food donations is raised during ERMCO's annual employee silent auction.
The accolades we receive are a testament to our great employees and supportive work environment. Our employees are the lifeblood of our company. They go above and beyond to achieve goals, carry out our mission of powering the world, and influence our customers. They reduce costs and boost sales and revenue.
ERMCO employees James Baker, Phillip Holland, and Kurt Wells celebrated 106 years of combined service in early 2021. Baker, after 35+ years of service, and Holland, after 39+ years of service, have since retired from ERMCO. Wells has 32+ years and still enjoys working at ERMCO.
